Knowledge Prospect Hits a Five Year Milestone

At PCS, we have been serving the newspaper and magazine industry for nearly 50 years. However, five years ago, we took a significant step forward by introducing our innovative CRM system, Knowledge Prospect.

Tailored specifically for news publishers, this CRM software boasts an intuitive, customisable interface and a browser-based system that enables real-time remote work. Our goal was to streamline manual tasks and processes, empowering users to maximise revenue opportunities and enhance customer relationships.

Knowledge Prospect on devices

Over the years, we have continuously evolved and refined Knowledge Prospect to ensure it remains the right tool for the job. We initially rolled out Prospect to our publishing partner, MNA Media, as a replacement for our retired system, ABS. Through an extensive search for an alternative, MNA Media discovered that existing solutions fell short of meeting their specific business requirements. Drawing on valuable insights from our sister company, we developed Knowledge Prospect to be more niche and tailored to the needs of news publishers.

Our aim with Knowledge Prospect has always been to equip newspaper and magazine sales teams with an enhanced system that keeps customers at the heart of everything they do. With its 360-degree view of each customer profile, your team and customers are bound to be impressed, feeling that their relationship is being managed in the best possible way.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are thrilled to have our amazing customers by our side. Their support and feedback have been invaluable in shaping Knowledge Prospect into what it is today and continues to guide our ongoing efforts to meet their evolving needs and exceed expectations.
